<br />herein by Frank G.Grosch the duly appointed, qualified and acting executor of said estate,'and
<br />upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and
<br />his discharge as executor of said estate, and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />herein, including said final report and vouchers attached thereto, and being fully advised in tle
<br />Southeast Quarter- (N2S*) of Section Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11),
<br />Situated in Hall County, Nebraska, share and share alike, as tenants in common.
<br />And whereas it appears by the proceedings and records of this Court that Nellie Anderson and
<br />Bernice Broadwell the Executrixes herein has faithfully performed all things required of them as
<br />such Executrixes by law or the orders of this Court and has fully accounted for, and administered
<br />all of said estate which has come into their possession or knowledge; it is therefore ordered that
<br />said Executrixes be and they are hereby discharged, and their letters testamentary cancelled and
<br />annulled, and their bondsmen released from further liability.

<br />That on the 3lst day of August, 1933) said Frank G.Grosch filed his petition in this Court in
<br />things, that Henry W.Potter departed this life, a resident and in-
<br />which he alleged, among other
<br />habitant of said County and State, on the 25th day of August, 1933, leaving a last will and testa-
<br />ment in which said petitioner was named executor, which instrument he offered for probate in said
<br />Court as the last will and testament of said deceased; that upon reading and filing said petition
<br />this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and gave notice
<br />thereof as provided by law, and that said matter coming on to be heard upon the day fixed by the
<br />Court, said instrument was admitted to probate in this Court as the last will and testament of
<br />said deceased and letters testamentary granted to the said Frank G.Grosch, executor named therein,
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for filing claims
<br />against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the time
<br />fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />That said deceased departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, devise4
