that upon reading and filing said petition <br />this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and gave notice <br />thereof as provided by law, and that said matter coming on to be heard upon the day fixed by the <br />Court, said instrument was admitted to probate in this Court as the last will and testament of <br />said deceased and letters testamentary granted to the said Frank G.Grosch, executor named therein, <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for filing claims <br />against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the time <br />fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting <br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />I <br />That said deceased departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, devise4 <br />8 <br />
