<br />That there remains in the hands of the Executrixes herein for distribution the sum of $975.77
<br />which should be distributed as follows: $325.25 to Nellie Anderson;
<br />325.25 to Bernice Broadwell;
<br />325.25 to Agnes Deboer.
<br />f Also, there should be, assigned to Nellie Anderson, Bernice Broadwell, and Agnes DeBoer, the
<br />following:
<br />About ten tons of hay on the 14S* of Section 33- 11 -11, Hall County, Nebraska; the J.A.MeGowan
<br />note for $900. bearing date March lst, 1933, due in two years; and the J.M.Smithwick and William
<br />Smithwick note, for $156.62, bearing date February 3, 1931, due in one year, share and share alik .

<br />That the deceased herein died seized of some right; title and interest in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit: South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SJNE�) and the North Half of the South-
<br />east Quarter (NJSEJ) of Section Thirty -three (33); and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NJSE') and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SJSE') of Section Twenty -One (21), all in
<br />Township-,Eleven (11), Range Eleven (l1), Hall County, Nebraska; and South 110 feet of Lot Seven
<br />(7) in Block Forty -Five (45), City of York, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />It is therefore considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said account be and tie
<br />same is hereby allowed and approved as the final account of Nellie Anderson and Bernice Broadwell
<br />the Executrixes herein and that such residue herein as found in the V1112 finding herein, be dis-
<br />tributed as follows:
<br />325.25 to Nellie Anderson;
<br />325.25 to Bernice Broadwell;
<br />325.25 to Agnes DeBoer;
<br />Also, there should be, and hereby is assigned to Nellie Anderson, Bernice Broadwell and Agnes DeBoer;
