<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />NOW on this 10th day of March) 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Norman Blanco, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor of the estate of GeorgE
<br />Blanco, deceased, and upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said final report, settle-
<br />ment of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and file
<br />herein, including said final report and the receipts and vouchers attached thereto, and being ful:
<br />advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />s That on the 26th day of September, 1933, said Norman Blanco filed his petition in this Court in
<br />which he alleged, among other things, that George Blanco departed this life at his residence in
<br />said County and State on the 19th day of September, 1933, leaving a last will and testament in
<br />which saidipetitioner was named Executor, which instrument he offered for probate as the last will
<br />r
<br />and testament of said deceased; that upon reading and filing said petition an order was entered
<br />herein fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and notice thereof given to all persons
<br />as provided by law; and that upon said matter coming on to be heard before said Court on the day
<br />fixed by said Court, said instrument was admitted to probate in this Court as the last will and
<br />testament of said deceased and letters testamentary issued to Norman Blanco, Executor named the
<br />in.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate not file
<br />within said time, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded and enjoined from sett
<br />}
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs-at -
<br />law, devisees and legatees,'and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following named:
<br />Norman Blanco and Wilbert Blanco, sons, who both reside in Grand Island, Nebraska, and are over
<br />21 years of age.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate situate in said County and State con
<br />silting of both real and personal property, said personal property being $298.00 in cash on deposit
<br />in the First Nat'l Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, and said real estate being described as Lot
<br />i
<br />Three (3), Block Thirteen (13)1 Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County
<br />Nebraska, and was divined under the terms and provisions of said will to Norman Blanco and Wilber
<br />Blanco, sons of said deceased and only heirs, share and share alike, each son having an undivided
<br />one -half interest in and to said real estate.
<br />That the final report filed herein by said Executor sets forth receipts in the amount of $298.00,
<br />all of which was expended for costs of administering said estate and debts against it, and that
<br />the heirs make no claim for the amount of $125.00 which they have expended out of their own funds
<br />in payment of debts against the estate; that Norman Blanco, the Executor of said estate, and Wilbi
<br />Blanco, being the sole and only devisees and legatees under said will', have filed a request to
<br />dispense with publication of final notice of hearing on Executor's final report and consent to an
<br />immediate approval and allowance of said report and the entering of a final decree by the Court
<br />discharging said Executor and closing said estate; and that the Court finds said report correct
<br />in all things and should be approved as and for said Executor's final report, said estate settled
<br />and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax either by virtue of the la
<br />of the State of Nebraska, or the laws of the United States of America.
<br />FUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
