<br />thereof given by publication as required by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard on thEi
<br />day fixed by the Court an order was entered finding that said deceased had departed this life in-
<br />testate, being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and the
<br />owner of an estate to be administered by said Court, and Letters of Administration were granted t
<br />the said William C.McIntire, a son of said deceased.
<br />That due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the
<br />filing of claims against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be,. are forever barred, excluded and enjoined
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims.
<br />That said deceased departed this life, leaving surviving him, as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs-
<br />at-law, and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />William C.McIntire, a son, residing in Grand Island,Nebr.
<br />Marguerite C.Worland, a daughter, residing in Grand Island,Nebr.
<br />Dorothy Ellen Nelson, a daughter, residing in Pine Bluffs, Wyo.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property of the value of $4445.41; and that property representing $301.31 in cash after the paymelit
<br />of funeral expenses, costs of administration, and other debts against said estate, and two parcel
<br />of real estate described as Lot Five (5), Block Forty -five (45), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, Nebraska, and all of fractional Lot Six (6), fractional Block One-
<br />hundred-thirty-two (132), Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition, and its compliment
<br />fractional Lot Six (6), fractional Block Five (5), John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,Hall County, Nebraska, as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded, did pass and descend'I
<br />at the death of said deceased, by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, to I'I
<br />William C. McIntire, Marguerite C.Worland, and Dorothy Ellen Nelson, share and share alike, each
<br />I
<br />having an undivided one -third part in and to said property.
<br />That the final report filed herein b said Administrator is true and correct in all things and
<br />ep y
<br />should be approved and allowed as and for said Administrator final report, said estate settled and
<br />I
<br />closed, and said Administrator discharged and the sureties on his offioal bond released from any
<br />further liability in said matter.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax either under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska or the laws of the Untied States of America.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the court, if any such there be, are
<br />for ever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the final report filed herein by said Administrator be,
<br />and the same is hereby, in all things, approved and allowed as and for said Administrator's final
<br />report, said estate settled and closed, and said Administrator discharged and the sureties on his
<br />official bond released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the property owned by the deceased at his death, consisting
<br />of both real and personal property as hereinbefore described, did pass and descend by virtue of 1he
<br />Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distributic
<br />thereof is hereby accordingly made.
