<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />by Pearl Bishop, Executrix of the Estate of Elmer E.Bishop, Deceased, be and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as and for said executrix's final report, said estate settled and closed,
<br />and said executrix discharged and released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any and tL%1 persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are for -
<br />ever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said esta
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, owned by the decea
<br />at the time of his death, hereinbefore described, did pass and descend to Pearl Bishop, surviving
<br />widow of said deceased, in fee simple title,as provided by the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />NOW on this 13th day of March, 1934; this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by William C.MeIntire, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Administrator of the est
<br />of William McIntire, deceased, and upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said repo
<br />settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the reoords an
<br />files herein, including said final report and the vouchers attached thereto, and being fully ad-
<br />vised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That on the 12th day of`September, 1933, said William C.McIntire filed his petition in this
<br />in which he alleged, among other things, that his father, the said William McIntire, departed
<br />this life intestate on the 6th day of September, 1933, at his residence in said County and State
<br />and the owner of an estate to be administered in said County Court; that upon reading and filings
<br />said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and notice
