<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of August, 1931, a petition was filed for the probate
<br />of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said Mary A.Roach, that the Court
<br />thereupon fixed a time for making proof of said last will and testament, and dae notice of the fil
<br />ing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Cour
<br />in the manner provided by law, and on the 8th day of September, 1931, said document was duly proved,
<br />allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of the said
<br />Mary A.Roach, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Vivian C.Roaeh, Exect
<br />for as named in said last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given of the time and place fixed for
<br />filing of claims, that all claims have been paid and settled, as evidenced by the vouchers and
<br />receipts filed herein, and that the time fixed for filing claims has expired.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary A. Roach at the time of her death was the owner of the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty -eight (29) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage in amount of $1202.66 to V.C.Roach.
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Sixty -five (65) in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the city of Grand Islan
<br />Hall County,Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage in amount of $1300.00 to The Nebraska Central Buildi
<br />and Loan Association,
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block Forty two (42) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage to V.C.Roach, in amount of $2200.00.
<br />Lots Numbered Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Sixty -five (65) in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to
<br />the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage in amount of $1000.00
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association,
<br />Lot Eight (9) in Block Sixty -five (65) in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the city of Grand Isl;
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage in amount of $500.00 to Mildred F.Thompson.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax to be paid.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no personal property.
<br />The Court further finds that a settlement has been made by and between the heirs -at -law of said
<br />Mary A.Rpach, deceased, as evidenced by a certain agreement filed herein, wherein and whereby a
<br />settlement was made providing for the payment of claims and expenses of administration.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Vivian C.
<br />Roach, Executor, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as his final report and said estE
<br />is hereby settled and cl osed, and said Executor discharged from his bond as such.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the time for filing claims having
<br />expired, that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed
<br />herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the last will and testamen
<br />of Mary A.Roach, deceased, that all of said real estate described as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty -eight (28) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to tthe city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: incumbered by mortgage in amount of $1202.66 to V.C.Roach,

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, incumbered by mortgage in amount of $1300.00 to The Nebraska Central
<br />Building and Loan Association,
