Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />Now, 6n this 30th day of August, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Vivian C.Roach, Executor of the last will and testament of Mary A.Roach, deceased, and upon his <br />application for discharge, and the Court having examined the report and the records and files and <br />eing fully advised, finds that due and legal notice has been given` to all persons interested in <br />said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the <br />Court, and no one appearing to object, and the Court having examined the same, together with the <br />vouchers and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised, finds that said report is correi <br />and true, and ought to be allowed as and for the final, report of said Executor. <br />The Court further finds that said Mary A.Roach departed this life on the 13th day of August, 1931, <br />leaving a last will and testament, and that at the time of her death she was a bona fi4e resident <br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Et <br />
