<br />Hall County, Nebraska, consisting entirely of real estate, being described as Lot 5,.in Block 71
<br />H.G.Clarkts Addition to Grand Island, and an undivided one -half interest in Lot 4, Block 15, in
<br />the Original town, now City of Grand Island, and by the terms and provisions of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of the said Anna Friesman, deceased, heretofore admitted to probate in this Court, said
<br />real estate was devised, in fee simple title, to John H.Friesman, surviving husband;
<br />That the said Anna Friesman departed this life, leaving surviving her, as her sole and only heir
<br />at law, her husband, John H.Friesman;
<br />That the Estate of the said Anna Friesman is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or under the laws of the Federal Government;
<br />That the deceased, Anna Friesman, was otherwise known as Anna Kroeger, and especially on October
<br />b, 1909, but the person known as Anna Kroeger is one and the same person as Anna Friesman, wife
<br />of John H.Friesman.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein by
<br />John H.Ftiesman, Executor of the Estate of Anna Friesman, Deceased, be and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as and for said executor's final report, said estate settled and closed and
<br />said executor discharged and released from any f- �irther liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any and all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are for-
<br />ever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estat�.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, owned by said de-
<br />ceased at the time of her death, hereinbefore described, did pass and descend, by the terms and
<br />provisions of said Last Will and Testament of the said Anna Friesman, deceased, to John H.Frie
<br />in fee simple title, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accore
<br />ingly made.

<br />CEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Recor
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records o
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
