CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />1Hall County, <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, <br />on the 14th day of September, A.D.,1933. <br />Present, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />ANNA FRIESMAN, deceased <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on the <br />22nd day of August, 1933, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna <br />Friesman, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 14th day of September) <br />i 1933, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna Friesman, deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 14th <br />day of September, 1933. <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />OF ANNA FRIESMAN, ) <br />DECEASED. ) <br />`-NOW on this 15th day of February, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report, <br />filed herein by John H.Friesman, Executor of the Estate of Anna Friesman, deceased, and upon his <br />petition for the settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court having ex- <br />amined the records and files herein, including said final report, and being fully advised in the <br />premises, finds as follows: - <br />That on the 22nd day of August, 1933, the said John H.triesman filed his petition in this Court, <br />alleging among other things that his wife,- Anna Friesman, departed this life on the 7th day of <br />December, 1931, leaving a Last Will and Testament, in which the petitioner was named as Executor <br />and thereupon a hearing was held in this Court on said petition on the 14th day of September, <br />1933, and said Will was admitted to probate, and Letters Testamentary issued to the said John <br />!
