15 <br />State of Nebraska <br />se CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL AND CODICIL <br />Hall County <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, on <br />the 1st day of April A.D.,1933. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />JIn the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />IMary White Elliott, deceased. <br />II, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />4th day of March 1933, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Oodicil of <br />Mary White Elliott, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 1st day of April <br />1933, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and alto <br />,as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said Mary White <br />Elliott, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 1st <br />day of April, 1933. <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HAIL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />Mary White Elliott <br />Deceased. <br />DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT. <br />NOW, on this 10 day of February 1934, this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of Herbert <br />T.White Executor for a final settlement of the estate of Mary White Elliott deceased, on the fi <br />administration account of the Executor of said estate, and the evidence was subr!�itted to the Court, <br />Ion consideration whereof the Court finds: <br />iTHAT, on the 24 day of January 1934, Herbert T.White, Executor of the estate of Mary White Elliott <br />deceased, filed in this Court his final administration account as such executor, and a petition <br />;praying that the said account be settled and allowed, that said estate be distributed as required <br />9 <br />Eby law, that he be discharged from his trust as such executor, and that for these purposes a time <br />and place be assigned for hearing said petition, and examining and settling said account, and <br />that such notice be given thereof as the law directs. <br />THAT, on the 24 day of January 1934, an order of this "aCou±t was made assigning the 10th day of <br />EFebruary 1934 at 9 o'clock A.M., at the County Court Room of Hall County, Nebraska, as the time <br />and place for hearing; said petition and examining and settling said account, and requiring that <br />notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice thereof in the <br />Cairo Record, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said county, for three successive <br />weeks prior to the said day of hearing. <br />THAT, notice of the hearing has been duly given as required by the order of this Court. <br />i THAT the said account is in all respects true and correct. <br />THAT due notice to creditors has been given. <br />THAT all claims allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; and <br />THAT said estate is fully solvent. <br />THAT by the terms of the last will and testament and codicil of said Mary White Elliott deceased <br />she directed that her just debts including funeral expenses be paid; she gave to Sylvia Burry and <br />Florence Dickerson Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) Block 2, in First Addition to Cairo Hall <br />County Nebraska; All the rest and residue of her estate real and personal she gave to Nathan White <br />Louise White Lowry and Herbert T.White share and share; that as all of said three children were <br />indebted to her she directed that any sum due her from said children at the time of her demise,,be <br />construed as an advancement against the share of said party due under the -terms of the will; That <br />at the time of her demise Nathan White was indebted to her in the sum of $1500.00; Louise White <br />
