Horth <br />Grand sland,Nebraska. <br />CODICIL TO LAST WILLAND TESTAMENT <br />OF MARY ELLIOTT <br />I Mary Elliott being of sound mind and memory and now being desirous of effecting a partial change <br />in the distribution of my property to take effect upon-my demise from that declared in the Last <br />Will and Testament which I have previously executed and lqhich is now in the possession of the <br />Honorable Ralph R.Horth of Grand Island Nebraska do hereby make and declare this to be a codicil <br />to said foregoing last will and testament revoking only the provision in said last will and testa- <br />ment relating to the disposition of the resid -nce and the three lots on which the same is located <br />in the Village of Cairo Nebraska and adding the provision below referring thereto and adding the <br />provision herein contained referring to cemetery upkeep and in every other manner leaving the <br />provisions of said Last Will and Testament unchanged, that is to say <br />I direct that after the payment of any and all of my just debts together with expenses of admin- <br />istration that my executor be directed to provide perpetual care for the Elliott lot in the Cairo <br />cemetery not exceeding in cost the sum of Fifty Dollars. I further direct said executor to pro- <br />vide perpetual care for the White lot in Cameron cemetery not exceeding in cost the sum of Fifty <br />Dollars. <br />I direct that the residence and the three lots on which the same is situated in the Village of <br />Cairo Nebraska shall upon my demise go share and share alike to Sylvia Burry and Florence Dicker- <br />son and to them only in lieu of the provision with reference to said property contained in my saic <br />Last Will and Testament previously published. <br />In all other respects I declare that said.
