<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged that all of said real estate, to- wit: The West half of th
<br />South nest Quarter of Section 23, Town 12, Range 12, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass at the dea
<br />of the said Mary Downey to Nickolas M.Downey, Margaret E.Warren, Thomas Downey, John Downey, Bridg
<br />Dowling, Mary A.Doolan and William Downey in equal shares and in absolute title.

<br />I, Mary White Elliott, widow, of Cairo, in Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposinE
<br />memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the m4nner and form following, th,
<br />is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that ny just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to Nelson M.Elliott, Sylvia D.Burry, Minnie M.Sherlock, and Florence M.Dickerson,
<br />children of my deceased husband, Peter Elliott, and to the survivors of them living at the time of
<br />my death, Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), in Block Two (2), in First Addition to Cairo, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate of which I shall
<br />die the owner, to my children, Nathan White, Louise White Lowry, and Herbert T.White, share and
<br />share alike. My son, Nathan White, is now indebted to me in the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500)
<br />Dollars Evidenced by his two promissory notes in my favor, my daughter Louise White Lowry is
<br />indebted to me in the sum of Six Hundred and Fifty ($650) Dollars and now evidenced by her two
<br />promissory notes in my favor, and my son Herbert T.White is now indebted to me in the sum of Five
<br />Hundred ($500) Dollars, evidenced by his promissory note in my favor. Any sum due to me from any
<br />of my said dhildren at the time of my death shall be construed as an advancement to my said childr
<br />in the amount for which they are respectively indebted to me at the time of my death and the amoun
<br />so due to me from any of my children at the time of my death shall be deducted from his or h
