<br />Now on this 13 day of March, 1906, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Samuel
<br />C.Huston, Administrator of the estate of Mary Downey, deceased, and it satisfactorily appearing
<br />to me from the proof on file, that all persons interested in said estate have entered their volun-
<br />tary appearance herein, and waived notice of the filing of the final report, and it further appea3
<br />ing to the court, after a full examination, that the said account is correct in every respect and
<br />ought to be allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of the said administrator be and the same is hereby
<br />allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />The court further finds that notice was given all persons interested in the manner provided by lav
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the said time
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims or demands of any nature were filed;
<br />that the administrator has paid the costs of administration and has fully accounted for all of
<br />said estate which came to his possession.
<br />The court further finds that the said Mary Downey wag, at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Vest half of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty - three, in Township twelve, range twelve,
<br />The court further finds that the said Mary Downey left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her
<br />only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: Nickolas M.Downey, Margaret E.Warren,
<br />Thomas Downey, John Downey, Bridget Dowling, Mary &.Doolan and William Downey, her children.
<br />The court further f inds that under the laws of the state of Nebraska all of the above mentioned
