<br />with the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and correct, in all things, and
<br />should be approved and allowed as and for said administratrixts final report, said estate settled
<br />and closed and said administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said administratrix reoetved into her possession personal property of
<br />the value of $7281.51, and after the payment of the administration costs, attorney fees, funeral
<br />expenses, and other legitimate claims filed against said estate, there remained a balance of
<br />$1079.10 on hand, which said administratrix has distributed to the heirs, -at -law of said deceased,
<br />in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, pertaining to the descent of personal properi
<br />and has filed herein receipts from all of the heirs, showing a distribution. of daid personal prop-
<br />erty. -
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to the payment of an Inher3.tenct Tax to
<br />the State of Nebraska, or to the United States.
<br />T IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims again
<br />id estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />orever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />state.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein by s
<br />dministratrix, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed, as and for her final report, said
<br />state settled and closed and said administratrix discharged.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED,.ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, hereinbef ore descrit
<br />d pass and descend in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes of Descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />descent of the real estate belonging to Horace C.Nood, and the degree of kinship of his heirs at
