Iiiiiii! .... ... 1 1��i i QWININ`��illl IF <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF AUGUST KRANZ, FINAL DECREE. <br />DECEASED. <br />NOW on this 15th day of November, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the finalreport, filed <br />herein by Bertha Kranz, the duly appointed, qualified and acting administratrix of the estate of <br />August Kranz, deceased, and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settl <br />went of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files <br />herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />That Bertha Kranz, surviving widow of said deceased, filed her petition in this Court on the 6th <br />day of March, 1931, alleging, among other things, that August Kranz departed this life, a resident <br />a rad inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of February, 1931; that he died intestate, <br />and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said Hall County, Nebraska, and York County, <br />Nebraska; that upon reading and filing said petition, an Order was entered herein fixing the time <br />and place for hearing the evidence in support of said petition and notice thereof was given to all <br />interested parties, as provided by law; that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the <br />Court, and as required by law, and the Court having found the allegations of said petition to be <br />true, entered an Order appointing the said Bertha Kranz administratrix of said estate, and she <br />duly qualified by filing her bond herein as required by law, and received Letters of Administratio <br />granting her authority to administer the assets of said estate. <br />Thai due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court <br />for filing claims against said estate, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims <br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are for- <br />ever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estat <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and obly heirs -ate-' <br />law, and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following : - <br />Bertha Kranz, surviving widow and administratrix herein, Viola Kranz, George Kra.nz,Clarenoe Kranz, <br />Roy Kranz and Arlene Kranz, sons and daughters of said deceased, who are all over 21 years of age, <br />except Arlene Kranz, who -is 19 years of age. <br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and York County, <br />Nebraska, consisting of both real and personal property, said real estate being described as the <br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJ NEB) of Section Eighteen (18), and the South Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SJ MIJ), the North Half of the Southwest Quarter ( SWJ), the North Half of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NJ NEB;), and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWJ NE +), all <br />in Section Seventeen (17), Township Twelve (12), Range Eleven (11), West of the Sixth P.M. Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />One -half (J) interest in the Northerly Fifty -four (54) feet of Lot Four (4) Block Three (3) in <br />Kiplinger's Subdivision to the City of York, York County, Nebraska, and <br />f <br />An undivided one -ninth (1 /9th) interest in Lots One (1), Two (2)) Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), <br />and_Six (6), in Block Four (4), Second Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which real estate did, at the death of said deceased, descend, by virtue of the laws of the State <br />of Nebraska, to the above named heirs -at -law, in the following proportions: - <br />To Bertha Kranz, surviving widow of said deceased, an undivided 1/3 interest therein, and to Vio <br />Kranz, George Kranz, Clarence Kranz, Roy Kranz, and Arlene Kranz, sons and daughters of said de- <br />ceased, each an undivided 2 /15ths interest therein subject, however, to said surviving widow's <br />homestead right and interest in and to the above described real estate located in Seetion,17, in <br />said County and State. <br />d report, as provided <br />
