<br />The Court further finds that subsequent to the death of Henry C.Littler, the Petitioner became the
<br />l owner of said real estate by purchase and conveyance thereof to him, as follows:
<br />Petitioner became the owner of an un- divided interest in said real estate by inheritance under the y
<br />law, being a son.aiid heir at law of deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of Henry C.Littler,
<br />and that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an adminis-
<br />trator, either by the heirs of said deceased, or by persons claiming to be creditors of his, or
<br />Ilotherwise.
<br />mThe Court further finds that the heirs and next of kin of said Henry C.Littler, deceased, at the
<br />time of his death were as follows:
<br />Embline Littler, surviving wife,
<br />Melvin Littler, son,
<br />Edward Littler, son,
<br />Alice Baker, daughter,
<br />Frank Littler, son,
<br />Otis Littler, son ,
<br />All of the age of 21 years and over.
<br />It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged Decreed and Determined by the Court:
<br />That Henry C.Littler, died intestate.
<br />That the Petitioner, Frank Littler, became the owner in fee of the above described premises by
<br />purchase and conveyance to him as described in paragraph four'_herein.
<br />That there are no creditors of said estate.
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the death of said Henry C.Littler, deceased,
<br />That the sole heirs at law and next of kin of said Henry C.Littler at the time of his death were
<br />as follows:
<br />Embline Littler, surviving wife,.
<br />Melvin Littler, son
<br />Edward Littler, son,
<br />Alice Baker, daughter
<br />Frank Littler, son,
<br />Otis Littler, son,
<br />all of age of 21 years and over.
<br />and as such heirs inherited the said above described real estate, to -wit:
<br />To the surviving wife Emeline Littler, an un divided one -third interest as a to want in common in
<br />said real-estate.
<br />To Melvin Littler; Edward Littler; Alice Littler; Frank Littler, and Otis Littler, an un- divided
<br />two- thirds interest as tennants in common in said real-estate., to be divided among them in equal
<br />shares, share and share alike or an un- divided 2/15 share to each.
