<br />tors be and the same is hereby approved and allowed and that upon payment and delivery of the per-
<br />sonal property hereinbefore described to the said G.H.Robbins, the said Administrators be and th
<br />are hereby discharged from the trust, and that all of the personal property hereinbefore describes
<br />and all of the real estate belonging to said estate in the stt.te of Nebraska, as hereinbefore
<br />described, be and the same is hereby assigned and distributed to the said G.H.Robbihs absolutely

<br />On this 6th day of November, 1933, this cause came can for hearing to the Court at the hour of 10
<br />o'clock A.M., on the Petition of Frank Littler, and the evidence.
<br />The Court finds that Henry C.Littler, departed this life intestate in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />on 18th day of December, 1912.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of the death of said Henry C.Littler he was the owner in
