�1 <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF <br />CHARLES J.ROBBINS, DECEASED <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION <br />Now on this 24th day of October, 1933, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the <br />final account of G.H.Robbins and L.F.Haug, Administrators of the said estate, and their petition <br />for distribution of the assets in the state of Nebraska remaining in their hands as such. <br />The Court being fully advised in the premises finds from the proofs on file that due and legal <br />notice of the filing of said final account and petition for distribution and of the time and place <br />of hearing thereon has been given to all persons interested in the said estate by publication, as <br />required by law and as provided by the order of this court. Thereupon evidence was duly introduce <br />and the Court carefully examined the said final account and vouchers filed therewith; upon consid -I <br />eration whereof the Court finds that the said final account is true and correct and should be <br />approved as the valid final account of said Administrators, and that upon payment and delivery of <br />the cash and other property in their hands, as hereinafter provided, the said Administrators shoul� <br />be discharged from their trust. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles J.Robbins, deceased, was at the time of his death a <br />resident and inhabitant of Los Angeles County,. California. That he left no widow and that said <br />G.H.Robbins, whose full name is Gordon H.Robbins is his only child and only heir at law; that the <br />principal administration upon the estate of the said Charles J.Robbins is now pending in the <br />Superior Court of California in and for Los Angeles County and the said G.H.Robbins is the duly <br />appointed, qualified, and acting Administrator thereof in the state of California; that the said <br />estate in the state of California is wholly solvent and that there is more than sufficient propert <br />belonging thereto with which to pay all claims and expenses of every character against said estate <br />in the state of California, including inheritance and other taxes and including all estate and <br />other taxes due to the United States. <br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had in the state of Nebraska for the filing <br />and allowance of claims against said estate. That due notice of the time and place for filing suc <br />claims has been given to all persons interested therein by publication according to lay¢, that said <br />time has wholly expired, that all claims, debts, and demands against the said estate which have <br />been filed and allowed have been paid in full, that all expenses of administration, funeral ex- <br />penses, and other charges against the estate in,the state of Nebraska have been paid in full, and <br />ithat all claims not so filed and allowed should be and are hereby forever barred and foreclosed. <br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the determination of the.inheritanc <br />taxes due to the state of Nebraska and its subdivision and that such inheritance taxes have been <br />fully paid as disclosed by the said final report. <br />The Court further finds that of the personal property belongingto said estate in the state of <br />Nebraska there remains on hand $498.12 in cash, the promissory note of E.B.Davis and Vera E.Griggsl, <br />described in the inventory on file herein, and certain wheat and other crops in bin, in stack, in <br />field, and elsewhere, as disclosed by said final account. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles J.Robbins died seized of the following described re <br />estate in the state of Nebraska: - <br />The north half of the northeast quarter of Section Eleven (11), in Township Nine (9) North of <br />Twelve (12) West of the 6th.P.M.," in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Northeast Quarter and East half of Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Ten <br />(10) North of Range Thirteen (13) West of 6th P.M., Buffalo County, Nebraska: <br />East half of Section Thirty -three (33), in Township Ten (10) North of Range Thirteen (13) West of <br />6th P:.M. Buffalo County, Nebraska; <br />
