The Court further finds that the said administrator, Harry Stange, has filed a final report show- ing no personal property on hand for distribution and that all debts against said estate have been paid out of the proceeds of the sale of the said real estate and that nothing remains in the hands of the administrator for distribution, that said final report is true and correct and should be approved in all respects, the estate closed, the administrator discharged and his bond released. The court further finds that all claims, funeral expenses, costs of this proceedings and all other costs and expenses have been paid, and that there is no inheritance tax due the state of Nebraska from any of the heirs. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said Harry Stange as administrator of the estate of Wilhelm Stange, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as a final report; that said estate is hereby settled and closed, the adminis. trator discharged and his bond released. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all claims against said estate have been paid, that no personal property, remains in the hands of the administrator for distribution, that receipts for the claims paid are on file and that nothing remains to be done by the adminis tor. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the following described property, to-wit: The South one -half of the Southwest (SJSWJ) Quarter of Section Seventeen (17), Township Twelve Range Eleven (11), Test of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to the following heirs and next of kin of the said Wilhelm Stange in the fol- lowing proportions, to -wit; To Emma Hargens a one- eighth part thereof; To Pearl Bishop a one- eighth part thereof; To Bertha Kranz a one- eighth part thereof; To Effie Koch a one- eighth part thereof; To Fred Stange a one- eighth part thereof; To Agusta Schultz a one- eighth part thereof; To Harry Stange a one - eighth part thereof; To William Clanton a one- fortieth part thereof; To Orville Clanton a one - fortieth part thereof; To Fred Clanton a one - fortieth part thereof; To Mildred Larsen a one- fortieth part thereof; To Everett Clanton, a one- fortieth part thereof; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that there is nothing due the state of Nebraska on account of inheritance tax, and that nothing remains to be done herein, and said estat is hereby closed, the administrator discharged and his bond released.
