<br />That by agreement filed herein, Georgians, Sutherland Anderson, Beatrice Reimers and Audley G.
<br />;Sutherland, being all the legatees and devisees named in said will and codicil, agreed amongst
<br />themselves to reject the provisions for each as set out in said will and codicil, and to divid
<br />the estate among them, share and share alike.
<br />That - the executrix deliver over the personal property belonging to said estate to the said hems
<br />to be owned'by them in the undivided proportions which each has heretofore been found entitledi
<br />to, as their distributive share of the personal property belonging to said estate, according to

<br />-1 shares of Omaha Loan & Building Assn stock, being a one -third interest in and to certify
<br />Icate No. X -2747 for 192 shares of said stock.
<br />2 shares of American Telephone & Telegraph Company stock.
<br />To Georgiana Sutherland Anderson:
<br />,6 -1/6 shares of Omaha Loan & Building Assn stock, being a one -third interest is and to certif-
<br />" Cate No. X -2747 for 1911F shares of said stock.
<br />5 shares of-American Telephone & Telegraph Company stock.
<br />To Audley G. Sutherland:
<br />-176 shares of Omaha Loan & Building Assin stock, being a one -third interest in and to certift-
<br />cate No. X -2747 for 192 shares of said stock,
<br />iSaid Georgiana Sutherland Anderson, upon receipt of said 5 shares of American Telephone
<br />Telegraph Company stock, is to pay to said Beatrice Reimers an amount equal to one -third of tho
<br />market value of one share of said stock, as of date of delivery of said stock to her, and said'
<br />;!Georgiana Sutherland Anderson is to pay to Audley G.Sutherland an amount equal to the market value
<br />of two and one -third shares of said stock as of date of delivery of said stock to her, less th�
<br />sum of $270.42 advanced by her to said estate in payment of his share of the claims filed against
<br />said estate, the costs, and the cost of administering said estate. Should the market value of

<br />�j said amount of stock not total the amount of $270.42, said Audley G.Oatherland is to pay her
<br />' the amount of the difference.
<br />Toe title and interest of said Beatrice Reimers, Georgians, Sutherland Anderson and Audley G.
<br />Sutherland in and to said real estate in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, described as fo
<br />lows, to -wit: West 27J feet of Lot 6, Block 11 in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island,Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, shall be one -third (1 /3)ead,
<br />That after completing the record of this cause there will be due this Court for costs of admi
<br />istration the sum of $41.25, and that after paying said cost the executrix will have in her
<br />hands the sum of $30.77 in cash.
<br />`. WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED AND CONSIDERED BY THE COURT,
<br />That the said final administration account is settled, allowed and approved as filed.
<br />That the executrix pay the said costs herein taxed at $41.25
<br />That the executrix pay the following named persons the amounts set opposite there respective
<br />names as their respective distributive shares of the cash belonging to said estate,

<br />That upon the payment of the said costs of administration, and the payment of the money and
<br />delivery of the personal property as aforeaaid, and upon the return of the proper vouchsrs an
<br />report of her doings under this- decree, and upon the approval of the same by this Court, the
