<br />ters, all of legal age, Marian Seim, age 12 years, and Wayne Seim, age 10 years, grand childre'

<br />children of a deceased daughter, Mrs. Olga Beim; that he left no other living children or the
<br />r'
<br />living issue of any deceased children, and that the above named widow, children,and grand
<br />�ildren were the sole and only heirs of his estate; that said Doris Muhs died intestate on
<br />I' December 16, 1932, and left surviving her the above named children and grand children, to- wit
<br />William Muhs, Fred Muhs, and Herman Mihs, sons, Mrs. _Meta Krueger, Mrs.Frieda Hennings, Mrs.
<br />Tena Beck, Mrs. Emma Gutschow, daughters, Marian Seim and Wayne Seim, grand children; that shef
<br />left no other living children, or the living issue of any deceased children, or husband, and i,,
<br />that the above named children and grand children are the sole and only heirs of her estate;
<br />that the said Hans Mihs and Doris Muhs were residents of and domocilled in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />at the time of their death, and that the said children and grand children as the sole and only';
<br />heirs of said estate are entitled to the residue in the proportions as provided by law.
<br />2. That on February 17, 1933, Frank Seim was duly appointed administrator of said estate, qual-
<br />ified as such, and has been acting in said capacity ever since.
<br />3. That due notice was given to creditors of the time limit within which to file claims against
<br />i
<br />said estates; that such time has duly expired; that all claims against said estates, including
<br />the expenses of the last illness of the decedents, their funeral expenses, and the cost of ad
<br />M
<br />inistration have been paid in full; that the further presentation of hearing of claims again
<br />E said estate is forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, an
<br />no estate ta.X due the United States 01 America.
<br />4. That the said Hans _Muhs died seized and possessed of the Northeast quarter (NEB;) of Secti4, n
<br />four (4), in Township ten (10), North of Range ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County:
<br />Nebraska, subject to a mortgage of $1600.00, which land has been sold by the administrator it
<br />under a license issued out of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for the purpose of;
<br />paying the debts allowed against the Estate of said Hans Muhs, deceased, and the costs of ad
<br />i'
<br />ministration.

<br />5. That the report of the administrator filed herein is in all things true and correct, and
<br />should be approved and allowed as his final report; that all of the property belonging to s ai�
<br />estates has been sold and converted into cash; that there is a balance of $1609.85 in the
<br />hands of the administrator for distribution; that the share of Fred Mahe has been paid by said
<br />administrator to the Nebraska National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, in payment of its claim
<br />in accordance with the order heretofore entered herein; that said residue should be assigned
<br />to said children and grand children in accordance with the provisions of the law.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court: ("
<br />1.
<br />That the report of the administrator, Frank Seim, filed herein be and the same is hereby in
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for his final account; that the balance of $1,509.95
<br />in the hands of the administrator for distribution be assigned to William Mihs, Herman Muhs,
<br />Mrs. Meta Krueger, Mrs. Frieda Hennings, Mrs. Tena Beck, Mrs. Emma Gutschow, each the sum of
<br />$215.55 and to Marian Seim and Wayne Seim the sum of $215.55; that the share of Marian Seim
<br />and Wayne Seim be paid to Frank Seim, their legally appointed qualified, and acting guardian ;l
<br />that upon filing receipts for said residue, the administrator be discharged from his trust,
<br />and he and his bondsmen released from all further liability on their official bond.
<br />11.
<br />That the said Hans Muhs died intestate on December 6, 1932, a resident of Hall County, Nebr
<br />that he left surviving him a widow, Doris Muhs, and the following named children, and grand
