<br />"FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my last sickness be !'

<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Macy Eggers, all of my property, whether

<br />real, personal or mixed and wherever situated and owned by me at the time of my death, she to nave
<br />the same absolutely and forever.

<br />FOURTH: I name, nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Mary Eggers, as Executrix of this my Lass
<br />'Will and testament, and I direct that she shall not be required to give any bond as such Exeou-
