<br />list the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, leav-
<br />!ing surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons:
<br />!;Nora M.Seott, his widow, Ray E.Scott, his son, Hazel M.Alter, his daughter and Pauline E.Scott,
<br />,,his daughter.
<br />The Court finds that the said George A.Soott died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the Oouhty of Hall and State of Nebraska, to --wit:
<br />!;The East Half ( ) of the North East
<br />Quarter (NEB) and the Easterly seven-acres of the North
<br />,'Half (34) of the West Half (14) of the North East Quarter (N*) of Section One (1), Township
<br />;''Ten (10), North, Range Eleven (II), West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County; Nebraska, containing
<br />;eighty acres more or less, and that this real.estate has been sold through fore-closure proceed
<br />ings in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and an undivided One Fourth (1/4) interest
<br />in and to Lot Six (6) in Block Fourteen (14) in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of
<br />Island.
<br />The Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right, title
<br />and interest of the said George A. Scott in and to the last described real ' estate did pass and

<br />:;descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />;To Nora M.Soott, his widow, 1/3 part thereof; to Ray E.Scott, a son, 2/9 part thereof; to
<br />"Hazel M.Alter, daughter, 2/9 part thereof and to Pauline E.Scott, daughter,.2 /9 part thereof.
