<br />!11933, and to pay the income therefrom to Minna Wulf for life and such part of the principal as
<br />;;may be necessary for her support and comfort, and on her death, to distribute the remainder of
<br />said personal estate to said children, share and share alike, and pursuant to the terms of the
<br />will, said personal property above described is awarded to Richard W.Wulf, executor and testa-
<br />mentary trustee, for the purpose of managing, collecting, investing and reinvesting, releasing
<br />and discharging notes and mortgage debts and to use the proceeds for the payment of said legac
<br />to Dora Reimers and the income to Minna Wulf for life, and the distribution of the remainder t
<br />said children as provided in the will and jurisdiction is retained of said estate for the pur-
<br />pose of showing payment of the legacy to Dora Reimers and administration of said ptroonal trus
<br />estate.

<br />decree of this court entered herein March 28, 1933, reserving jurisdiction of the cause to
<br />show the payment of the legacy to Dora Reimers under the will of deceased, and the executor
<br />of said estate having filed herein the receipt of said legatee, Dora Reimers, showing payment
<br />in full of said legacy to her of $1000.00 and releasing and discharging all the real and pers
<br />al estate belonging to the deceased at his death from the lien of said legacy, duly executed
