That the above described personal property by Item Six of said last will passed and descended <br />to Richard W.Wulf as testamentary trustee to sell, dispose of and invest the same, together <br />with the real estate above described without obtaining the license or order of any court or <br />judge and to invest the proceeds thereof and to pay therefrom said legacy of $1000.00 to Dora <br />Reimers on September 18, 1933, and to pay the income of the rest of the trust estate to the <br />widow, Minna Wulf, as long as she lives, and should the income therefrom be insufficient to <br />property maintain her, to use so much of the principal as may be necessary for her comfort, <br />and that upon the death of said widow, the remainder is to be distributed by the testamentary <br />"trustee equally among the four children, Benny C.Wulf, Emma Drews, Dora Reimers and Richard W. <br />Wulf. <br />9. That by Item Six of said will, said executor and testamentary trustee, Richard W.Wulf, is <br />authorized to collect and release all mortgages and debts and to invest and reinvest the <br />proceeds, holding the same as trustee as above stated until the death of Minna Wulf. <br />I <br />k <br />10. The Court further finds that there are no legacies payable under the will, except to Dora <br />Reimers in the sum of $1000.00 payable one year after the death of the deceased. <br />11. The court further finds that the widow and said children have filed in wilting herein their <br />acceptance of the final account and waiver of the filing of annual reports by said testamentary <br />trustee. <br />12. That the personal property above described has been delivered and paid by the executor to <br />Richard W.Wulf as testamentary trustee upon the trusts above stated, for the widow and ehildre�; <br />that the estate has been fully administered, except the payment of said legacy of $1000.00 to <br />Dora Reimers and except the administration of the trust estate, and that the estate should bet <br />kept open and jurisdiction retained by the court to show payment of said legacy and for the <br />r <br />administration of said trust. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report-of said <br />is <br />executor be and the same is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report ofl <br />said executor and said estate is settled and closed, except that jurisdiction is retained by <br />the court to show the satisfaction and payment of the legacy of $1000.00 to Dora Reimers upon! <br />the filing of her receipt and to show payment of the income of the trust estate in the personal <br />property hereinbefore described, to the widow, and distribution of the remainder in accordanco <br />with the will. <br />
