';interested, of the time and place of examining and allowing said final account, by publication
<br />;for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper, published within said Hall County, and no one
<br />appearing to object to said final account and report, the court, on examination thereof, finds
<br />that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />12. The Court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice as by law and th
<br />;order of this court required, has.been given to all persons having claims against said estate
<br />"the time and place for filing same; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired;
<br />;;that no claims have been filed against said estate, and that all persons having unfiled claims
<br />against said estate, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded from making claim there
<br />and all such unfiled claims and debts, if any, are barred and precluded; that all costs and
<br />;;expenses of administration have been paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not
<br />subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or any Federal estate
<br />tax.
<br />3. The court further finds from the evidence adduced that the deceased, William Wulf, died
<br />testate, while a resident of said Hall'County, State of Nebraska, on September 18,1932; that
<br />he left him surviving as his sole and only heirs at law, next of kin, devisees and legatees,
<br />the following named persons: Minna Wulf, his widow, and Benny C. Wulf, Dora Reimers, Emma Drews
<br />and Richard W. Wulf , children of the deceased and all over the age of twenty -one years.

<br />4. The court further finds that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following des-
<br />. i
<br />cribed real estate, to -wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ SE)
<br />i
<br />of Section Twenty -one (21), in Township Eleven (11), North of Range Nine (9), West consisting
<br />of two and 30/100 acres of land and more particularly described as follows: commencing at the
<br />I
<br />Southeast Corner of Block Sixteen (16), in Pleasant Home Subdivision, running thence South
<br />three hundred forty -one (341) feet, thence West two hundred ninety -four (294) feet, thence
<br />North three hundred forty -one (341) feet, thence East two hundred ninety -four (294) feet to
<br />the place of beginning.
<br />5. That said real estate above described, under Item Four of the last will of the deceased,
<br />passed and descended to Minna Wulf for life and by Item Five of said will, the remainder in
<br />fee simple thereof passed and descended to said children, Benny C.Wulf, Dora Reimers, Emma
<br />Drews and Richard W.Wulf, all subject to the power of sale conferred on Richard W.Wulf by It
<br />Six of said will.
<br />6. That said widow, Minna Wulf, by writing filed herein, duly elected to take under said wil
<br />and that said will was duly allowed and proved by decree heretofore entered herein.
<br />7. The court further finds that the following described personal property remained for dis-
<br />tribution after the payment of all debts and the expenses of administration, charged..With the
<br />payment of $1000.00 to Dora Reimers on September 18, 1933:
