<br />Now, on this 29th day of August, 1933, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />the Grand Island Trust Company, Administrator with the will annexed of the last will and testa-
<br />ment of Bloomer B.Rice, deceased, and petition for settlement of said estate, and the Court,
<br />having examined the records and files herein and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons in the manner and form provided by
<br />law of the time and place for hearing such final report, and there being no objections on file
<br />the Court examined said report, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in supportI
<br />thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said final report is true and Corr
<br />in all things, and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Admin -j
<br />istrator with the will annexed.

<br />The Court further finds that said Bloomer B.Rice departed this life on the 21st day of Septem-
<br />ber, 1931, that at the time of his death he was a bona fi de resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of September, 1931, a petition was filed herein
<br />praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and tes -1

<br />tament of said Bloomer B.Rice, deceased, that the Court fixed the date of hearing on the 20th
<br />day of October, 1931, for hearing on said petition and for making proof of said last will and
