<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Bloomer B.Rice, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebra
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last will

<br />I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my just debts, expenses of last ill-

<br />I give to the Grand Island Cemetery Association, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of Fifty
<br />Dollars ($50.00) for the care and upkeep of said cemetery lot.

<br />I give, devise, and bequeath unto my sister, Nellie O.Rice, a life interest in my undivided
<br />eight - ninths interest in and to the home where I now live at 118 West 8th Street, in Grand
