;FINAL DECREE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA
'.IN THE MATTE OF THE ESTATE )
OF FINAL DECREE.
LAURA, L.MESSERSMITH, DECEASED.
`Now, on this 261' day of September, A.D. 1933, 'this cause came on to be heard upon the final f
i
report of Erick G.Holmes, Administrator of the estate of Laura L.Messersmith, deceased, after
due notice to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time and place
;appointed for final settlement of said estate, such notice being by publication in the Grand
;Island Independent, as required by order of court, dated September 2nd, 1933-
On examination of said report, and on consideration of the files and the evidence the court
,,finds that said administrator has accounted for all of the said estate which came to his pos-
isession or under his control, that he has paid the funeral expenses and the costs of adminis-
tration, and that the balance remaining in his hands has been paid to Lillian L.Holmes, the
'`only heir at law, of the said Laura L.Messersmith, and that her receipt for the same has been
filed with this court; that the report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.
It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Erick G.Holmes, ad-
!ministrator of the estate of Laura L.Messersmith, deceased, be approved and allowed as and for
his final account, and that he be discharged of his trust and his bond released.
The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors by publication as required by law, of
f
;the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,
;&nd that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature
!were filed or allowed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against s4id deceased
or her estate, if any such there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded.
:The Court finds that the said Laura L.Messersmith departed this life on the 19th day of
!January, 1933, that she was, at the time of her death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
and that she died intestate; that she was, at the time of, her death, the owner of the followinj
described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Six (!
:Block Four (4), Original Town, now the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
The Court further finds that the said Laura L.Messersmith left surviving her as her heir at
