<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CORNELIUS A.PLEYTE.
<br />'In the Name of God, Amen: I, Cornelius A. Pleyte of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being
<br />of sound and disposing mind and memory and being mindful of the uncertainties of this mortal
<br />life, do make and publish this My Last Will and Testament in manner and form following; that is�!

<br />Item First
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and burial and all my just debts be first paid.
<br />Item Second.
<br />,I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rosa Pleyte, and to my daughter Consuela Pleyte!
<br />Wand to my son Frank C.A.Pleyte each an undivided one -third part of all the estate of which I

<br />;may die seized, be the same real, personal or mixed property, of every name or description andil
<br />!wherever situate, to have and to hold the same to themselves and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever: Provided, however, that the said one -third share of my said son Frank C.A.Pleyte shall
<br />,,'be subject to a charge in the sum of Three Hundred and fifty Dollars in favor of my daughter,
<br />. Consuela Pleyte, and the same shall be paid to her out of the said one -third part coming to him:
<br />Item Third.
<br />I hereby appoint my daughter Consuela Pleyte Executrix of this My Last Will and Testament her
<br />"by revoking any and all former Wills by me made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 120 day of May, A.D. 1931-
