<br />NOW on this 21st day of Augustsl9331this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />i
<br />herein by Charlotte Donovan,Administratrix,of the estate of Inez I.Burke,deceased,and upon her
<br />petition for approval and allowance of said report,settlement of said estate and her discharge';
<br />herein,and being fully _advised in the premises finds as follows: That Inez_I.Burke,departed
<br />this life at Santa Monica California on the 19th day of November,1932,intestate,and at the timo
<br />of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and was the owner of an
<br />I
<br />estate to be administered in said County: that Charlotte Donovan filed her petition in this !s
<br />Court on the 16th day of December,1932 praying for administration on said estate; that upon
<br />reading and filing said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the
<br />i>
<br />evidence in support of said petition, giving notice thereof to all interested parties by pub- i

<br />lisping said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent,a legal news-
<br />paper published and circulated in said County and that said hearing was held,as heretofore
<br />ordered by the Court,and as by law required, and Letters of Administration granted to said
<br />i
<br />petitioner upon the filing of her bond in this Court as required by law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />Court for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Independent as provided by law,and that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate not filed within the time fixed by the Court,if any such there be, are forever barred,
<br />excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving her surviving as her heirs at law,and only heirs,,

<br />at law,legatees,devisees,and persons entitled to share in her estate,the following,to -wit:
<br />I,
<br />Charlotte Donovan;Irene Burke;Wilma Reavis,daughters, and Grant Burke,a son.
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County and State consisting of
<br />both personal and real property, said personal property being redticed to cash in the amount ofi'
<br />$28.00 and all expended for administration as shown by the final report filed herein, and said!
<br />real estate being described as: The easterly Fifty -Sic (56) feet of the. Northerly Seventy- Fivel'
<br />Feet of Lot One (1)sin Block Fifteen (15), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the deceased to Charlotte Donovan,Irene
<br />Burke, Wilma Reavis and Grant Burke,an undivided one- fourth part therein in equal shares to
<br />each of the above named.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for hearing on
<br />said final report by publication of said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island';
<br />Independent as by law required,and no one appearing to object to said report,and the Court having
<br />examined same together with the vouchers attached thereto,finds that said report is true and
<br />correct in all things,and should be approved and allowed as and for said Administratrix's finaj.
<br />report,and said estate settled and closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any Inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska or the United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court,if any such there be,are
<br />forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
