<br />ithat all claims outstanding against said estate, if any such there be, are therefore forever
<br />ibarred and excluded; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and
<br />jsatisf ied.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry Mayer departed this life on the 23rd day of April, 1920;

<br />!that hejas at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebrasl -a, and that he died
<br />';intestate; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the fol-
<br />lowing named persons;
<br />ARTHUR C.MAYER, his son, and
<br />OSCAR H.1AAYER, his son; that his wife preceded him in death and that he left no child or chil
<br />of a deceased child surviving him.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry Mayer died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />"The easterly one -third of Lot Three (3) in Block Sixty -six (66) of the original tocsin, now City,

<br />of Grand Island, and the Center one -third of Lot Six (6) in Block Fifty -five (55) of the origir
<br />townn) now City, of Grand Island, and that under and by virtue of the law of descent of real
<br />estate in the state of Nebraska, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death of the said Henry Mayer, intestate, to Arthur C.Mayer and Oscar H.MayE
<br />his sons, in equal shares as tenants in common.
<br />It is, therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Henry Mayer, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is cloaed.
<br />IT IS FJRTHi-,R CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all of the right, title and
<br />interest on Henry Mayer in and to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and
<br />descend tt his death, under the provisions of the law of descent, to Arthur C.Mayer and Oscar
<br />H.Mdyer, his sons, and it is, therefore awarded to them by the Court. J.H.Mullin
<br />Judge.

<br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HENRY MAYER,DECEASED, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof", and of the whole
<br />of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is
<br />hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the
<br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
