FINAL DECREE
In the matter of the estate ) !!
of FINAL DECREE.
HENRY MAYER, DECEASED.
Now on'this 19th day of December, 1925; this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
of Arthur C.Mayer, Adiidnistrator of the estate of Henry Mayer, deceased, and it appearing to toe
satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that notice has been given to all persons
interested by publication in the GRAND ISLAND HERALD, a weekly newspaper published in Hall County)
,'Nebraska, and that no one has appeared to protest against the allowance of said report.
On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought tO
be allowed; that said administrator has accounted for all property of said deceased coming intq
his hands and that there remains no property in his possession for distribution save the sum
to be collected upon one mortgage executed by Frank Skochdopole in favor of said estate, in the
sum of $3000.00
It is therefore ordered that the report of Arthur C.Mayer, administrator, be and the same
hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and that he assign said mortgage t4
A.C.Mayer, as trustee, for collection and distribution.
The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased as
to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, and of the time;
fixed for the hearing on claims filed against said estate, by publication of such notice for
'four consecutive weeks in the GRAND ISLAND HERALD, a legal newspaper published in Hall County,!,
Nebraska, and that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has long since expired;
