<br />'Now, on this 30th day of March, 1923) this cause carne on for hearing upon the final report of 
<br />;Roy W.Miner, executor of the last will and testament of Edward Miner, deceased, and his petitio 
<br />for his discharge herein and a settlement of said estate, and the court having examined the 
<br />is 
<br />;;records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has 
<br />1'been given to all persons interested in said estate, of the time and place fixed for the hearin 
<br />1upon said report and petition, and no one appearing to object thereto, and the court, having 
<br />"`examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and 
<br />ij 
<br />;correct in all things, and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final 
<br />'report of said executor. 
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time ands 
<br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the. time so fixed has fully expirediP 
<br />and all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and; 
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The court further finds that said executor has paid the funeral expenses of the said Edward 11 
<br />,� 
<br />Miner, deceased, the debts against his estate, and the costs of administration, and has deliverid 
<br />ii 
<br />to Maggie Miner the balance of the personal estate belonging to said deceased. i 
<br />I 
<br />The court further finds that the value of the estate of said Edward Miner, deceased, was less 
<br />than the sum of $301000, that he left surviving him, as his heirs, at law, legatees, and devisels 
<br />Kaggie Miner, his surviving widow, and Roy W.Miner and Glen H.Miner, sons, and that the estate 11 
<br />Df said deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska. 
<br />The court further finds that the said Edward Miner, deceased, died seized as the owner in fee 1� 
<br />simple of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Ne- 
<br />braska, to -wit: Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Fifty -two (52) of the Original Town, now i 
<br />City, of Grand. Island, and that part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section Eleve� 
<br />(11), in Township Eleven (11),North, Range Nine (9) West, lying south of the right of way of 
<br />Union Pacific Railroad Company, and m ntaining 41� acres, a little more or less. 
<br />The court further finds that the said Edward Miner departed this life, testate, on the 15th 
<br />of July, 1922, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall Coun 
<br />Nebraska, and that on the 14th day of August, 1922; the last will and testament of said deceas 
<br />was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this court. 
<br />The court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of 
<br />;,said deceased, he gave, devised, and bequeathed unto Maggie Miner, his surviving widow, the 
<br />fuse, net income, rents, issues, and profits of all of the estate of said deceased, both real 
<br />fl 
<br />Land personal , so long as she lives, and that he gave, devised, and bequeathed all the rest, 
<br />residue, and remainder of his estate, both real and personal, to his sons, Roy W.Miner and Glen 
<br />{ !IH.Miner' share and share alike. 
<br />�JIT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said 
<br />11hoy W.Miner, as executor of the last will and testament of said Edward Miner, deceased, be, 
<br />and the same hereby is in all things allowed and approved as and for his final report, said 
<br />executor is hereby discharged, his bond as such released, and said estate is hereby settled an
