<br />1, Edward Miner, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory., do make 
<br />°land publish this, my last will andtestament, in the manner and form following, that is to say. 
<br />FIRST. 
<br />"I direct that my just debts, if any, And the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out of 
<br />my personal estate.

<br />SECOND. 
<br />`I give, devise, and bequeath to my wife) Maggie Miner, in the event she survives me, the use, 
<br />!net income, rents, issues and profits, from all of my estate, both real and personal, so long ao 
<br />she lives. This provision in favor of my said wife is in lieu of all her rights in and to my i 
<br />is 
<br />estate under the laws governing intestates. 
<br />THIRD. 
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and 
<br />personal, to my sons, Roy W.Miner, and Glen H.Miner, share and share alike, to have and to hold;; 
<br />the same forever; provided, however, that should my said sons, or either of them, die before the 
<br />i 
<br />time of my death, the living issue of any such deceased son of mine shall take its parent's shade. 
<br />. FOURTH. 
<br />I nominate and appoint my said son, Roy W.Miner, as Executor of this will, hereby giving and 
<br />;granting unto the said Roy 17.Miner, as such Executor, .full power and authority to sell and con -' 
<br />vey real estate, without license or authority from any court for that purpose.
