<br />LAST RILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, ADEN, �.
<br />I, George W.Brundage, of Cairo, in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />I
<br />mind and memory, and considering ;;the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do there -
<br />fore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament:

<br />First, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my .just debts and fun-
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conv�ni6iitly maybe.
<br />Second) After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />my son, Enos Milburn Brundage, the West half of the Vest half of section thirteen (13) township
<br />thirty -one (31) range fifty -two (52) west of the 6th P.M., subject to a life interest to my
<br />wife, Julia A.Brundage, as hereinafter described. Also the sum of $1000 in cash, the manner
<br />of payment of which is hereinafter described.

<br />Third, I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Harvey G.Brundage, to be his absolutely, and
<br />without any life interest to my said wife, as in the other land described in this instrument,'!:
<br />the Vest half of the South -west quarter, the South -east quarter of the South -west quarter of !'
<br />section twenty- (20) and the North -east quarter of the North -west quarter of section twenty-

<br />nine (29), all in township thirty -one (31) range fifty -one (51) west of the 6th P.M. This
<br />subject to existing mortgage.
<br />Also to my son, Harvey G.Brundage, the west half of the south -west quarter of Section thirty- s
<br />one (31) township twelve (12) range twelve (12) west of the 6th P.M., subject to existing mort-
<br />gage, and also subject to a life interest to my wife, Julia A.Brundage, as hereinafter des - j
<br />cr ib ed.
<br />Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my son, George Clarence Brundage, the west half of the
<br />south -east quarter of section twenty -nine (29), Township twelve (12) range twelve (12) west
<br />of the 6th P.M., subject to a life interest to my wife, Julia A.Brundage, as hereinafter des-
<br />cribed.
<br />Fifth, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Alma M.Burry, the east half of the south-
<br />east quarter of section twenty -nine (29) township twelve (12) Range twelve (12) west of the
<br />6th P.M., subject to a life interest to my wife, Julia A.Brundage, as hereinafter described.
<br />Sixth, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Julia A.Brundage, all the rest and residue of
<br />my property of whatever kind of which I may be seized at the time of my death, the real estate;
