<br />Ithe said real estate above described did pass and descend to Minnie West, his wife, and under
<br />he terms of said last will and testament, she was authorized and empowered to sell and convey Ii
<br />said real estate and to invest and re- invest the proceeds of said real estate in any manner

<br />which she deems best and that the said Minnie West was given the income from all of said real
<br />state and was authorized and empowered to use as much of the principal thereof as she may deem
<br />!necessary and that any proceeds thereof remaining at the time of her death shall be divided
<br />qually between the children of the said George E.West, deceased and Minnie West, namely, Walter}
<br />est, Harold Test, Herbert West, Wilbert west, John West, Elizabeth West, Thomas West and Helen
<br />est, share and share alike,
<br />COURT FURTHER FINDS that under the terms of the provisions of said will and testament, that
<br />n the event that the said Minnie West should re- marry, that she shall receive one -third of
<br />e proceeds of said estate and that the remaining two- thirds should pass and descend at the
<br />ime of her marriage to the above named children, share and share alike.
<br />HE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the provision. of said will with reference to the remarriage of th
<br />aid Minnie 'hest does not in any manner limit the said Minnie West in the sale, management and
<br />ontrol of said real estate or in the investment of the proceeds thereof and that while she
<br />emains single, she is empowered and authorized to sell and convey said land, without limititio
<br />to invest the proceeds thereof and to have the income therefrom and the use of so much of
<br />rincipal thereof as she deems necessary.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above described property, to wit:
<br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Twenty -one (21), Block One (1) Koehler Place Addition to Grand Island,
<br />In Hall County, Nebras ?;a, and Fractional Lot Twenty -two (22), said fractional lot being all of
<br />said Lot 22 except that part of said Lot which has heretofore been taken for Street purposes,
<br />in Block 1, Koehler Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />lions of the last will and testament of the said George West to Minnie West, his widow, in
<br />'!lute title, so long as she remained unmarried, and with full power and authority to sell said
<br />,;premises, to manage the same, or to mortgage the same; and in the event that said premises are
<br />sold or mortgaged by the said Minnie West, she is given the absolute power and control to in-
<br />vest the proceeds received from said sale or mortgage without limitation, and that she ds to

<br />(receive the income thereof for her own use, and she is authorized and permitted to use so much
<br />I
<br />jof the principal thereof as she may deem necessary; and in the event that she should remarry,
<br />she shall then become the owner of a one -third interest in all of the property belonging to sai
<br />estate or that the same be real properly or the proceeds received from the sale or mortgage
<br />upon said real property.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that said estate be closed and
<br />settled; that the executrix is hereby discharged; and the real estate above described is hereby
<br />awarded to the said Minnie West in absolute title in accordance with the terms and provisions
<br />of the will of George E.West, deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Minnie West, while act -
<br />ing as executrix, personally advanced the sum of $201.75 for the payment of debts and claims
<br />filed against said estate, and that she is entitled to have the said amount repaid to her from
<br />the property belonging to said estate, and she is hereby given a lien upon all of the property
<br />belonging to said estate for said sum, with interest at 7% from July 14, 1931.
