<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the

<br />13th day of November 1930; the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George
<br />E.West, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 9th day of December, 1930,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George E.West, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 24th day of August, 1931; this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of

<br />Minnie Pest, Executrix of the estate of George E..West, deceased, following due notice of the
<br />;filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon, as by law
<br />and the order of this court required, and no one having appeared to object or protest against
<br />1
<br />the allowance of said report,
<br />And after a full examination of said report, the court being duly advised in the premises, fin4
<br />that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that the executrix has acco ted
<br />,for all property of said deceased coming into her hands or under her control and that there re —j

<br />':mains no money or other personal property in.her possession for distribution.
<br />:'The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of said deceased, as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed fo
<br />filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have be
<br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, or his estate not {
<br />,filed in this office within the time allowed for filing claims, if any such exist, are therefo e
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />,'It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of the said Minnie West, executrix of
<br />the last will sand testament of George E.West, deceased and the same is approved and allowed as �!
<br />for his final account and she be discharged of her trust and her bond released. '
<br />'IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />'!or settling up any claims or demands against the estate of George E.West, deceased.
<br />!'THE COURT FINDS that the said George E.West departed this life on the 6th day of November, 19301
<br />that he was at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />'!that he left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted
<br />to probate in this court on the 13th day of November, 1930 and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said George E.West was, at the time of his death, the owner in fee i

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Twenty —two (22), said fractional lot being all of
<br />said Lot 22 except that pert of said Lot which has heretofore been taken for Street purposes,
<br />'in Block 1, Koehler Place Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska.
