<br />That the said Hugh L.McAllister departed this life, leaving surviving him, as his heirs at law,lj
<br />'legatees and devisees, the following named persons, to- wit: Sarah Maude McAllister, surviving

<br />widow, and Esther McAllister Wilder, a daughter, both residents of Grand Island,Hall County,

<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall and Custer Counties, Nebraska,
<br />,.consisting of both real and personal property, which was devised under the terms and provisional
<br />Hof said Will as follows: -
<br />To Sarah Maude McAllister, surviving widow of said deceased, for her sole use and benefit, dur, ,
<br />ing the term of her natural life, all of the real estate, described as follows: -
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter WANE , the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter ( SW �, the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest terli
<br />(SWJSWJ) and the West Half of the Southeadt Quarter (W'SE ), all in Section Twenty -six (26),
<br />!!Township Fifteen (15), Range Seventeen (17), containing 3b0 acres, in Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one - fourth interest in Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), in Block Four (4)
<br />of the Original Town of Mason City, Custer County, Nebraska, and

<br />An undivded one -half interest in Lots One(1) and Two (2) Block Eleven (11), of H.G.Clark's
<br />`Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />with the remainder therein, in absolute fee simple title, to Esther McAllister Wilder, surviving
<br />daughter of said deceased.
<br />That -the personal property, owned by the deceased at the time of his death, and devised to
<br />`Esther McAllister Wilder in the amount of $1,000.00, with the residue to Sarah Maude McAllister,
<br />'surviving widow, was "all used in paying the debts of the deceased, and administering said esta�e
<br />and the said Esther McAllister Wilder, has filed herein her waiver of said bequest of $1,000.00,
<br />;thereby releasing said real estate from any lien or encumbrance, by reason of said bequest.

<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for a hearing on:
<br />,,said final report, as provided by law, and no one appearing to object to said report, and the
<br />;:Court having examined same, together with the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said repori.

<br />is true and correct in all things, and should be approved and allowed as and for said Executrix's

<br />Final Report, said estate settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any Inheritance Tax under the Laws of the St to

<br />by Esther McAllister Wilder, Executrix of said Estate, be, and the same is hereby, in all
