<br />NOW on this 28th day of February, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report, 
<br />filed herein by Esther McAllister Wilder, Executrix of the Estate of Hugh L.McAllister, decease 
<br />and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate 
<br />and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and 
<br />being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:- 
<br />That Esther McAllister Wilder filed her petition in this Court on the 27th day of October, 193�s 
<br />alleging, among other things, that Hugh L.McAllister departed this life a resident and inhabit 
<br />of said County on the 20th day of October, 1931, and at the time of his death, he was the own 
<br />of an estate to be administered in Custer and Hall Counties of said State; that he left a Last 
<br />Will and Testament, wherein the petitioner was named Executrix, which instrument was offered f 
<br />probate in said Court, as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, thereby confirming the 
<br />appointment of the petitioner as Executrix and authorizing her to administer the assets of sai 
<br />estate in accordance with the terms and provisions of said Will; that upon reading and filing 
<br />said petition, the Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence i 
<br />support of said petition, and gave notice thereof to all interested parties, as provided by 
<br />law, and said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and said Will was admitted 
<br />to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and the appointment of said peti- 
<br />tioner named in said Will as executrix confirmed and Letters Testamentary granted to her upon 
<br />her filing her bond as provided by law. 
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the 
<br />for filing claims against said estate, as provided by law; that the time allowed for filing 
<br />has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid
