<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Hugh L.McAllister, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of`,
<br />sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and test;
<br />ment in the manner and form following; i!
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct zW Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and the expenses of my last
<br />sickness, funeral expenses and expenses of administering my estate and the incumbrances upon
<br />`the real estate owned by me at the time of my death.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Esther McAllister, the sum of One Thousanc
<br />(Dollars ($1000.00) and all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my personal property I give,
<br />,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, S.Maude McAllister.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Esther McAllister, all of the real estate owned
<br />me at the time of my death, subject, however, to the use thereof by my beloved wife, S.Maude
<br />McAllister, for and during her natural lifetime.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I hereby name, nominate and appoint my daughter, Esther McAllister, as Executrix of this, my
