<br />'WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />I, Emma E.Leavenworth, of food River, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />;make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is tc
<br />say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />J give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved husband, Edgar S.Leavenworth, all of the real estate
<br />owned by me at the time of my death, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my friend, Annie B.Robbins, two of the sixteen shares of the capital
<br />stock of the State Bank of Clarks, standing in my name.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my husband, Edgar S.Leavenworth, the remaining fourteen shares of the
<br />capital stock of the State Bank of Clarks, owned by me at the time of my death, to have and to
<br />hold the same, together with the income therefrom, during the period of his natural life, with
<br />full power to vote said stock during his lifetime, and upon the death of my said husband, I
<br />give and bequeath to Cora L.Holmes one share of the capital stock of said State Bank of Clarks,
<br />in the event she survives my said husband, and upon the death of my said husband, I give and
<br />bequeath to Robert E.Greenleaf, in the event he survives my said husband, two shares of the
<br />capital stock of said State Bank of Clarks, and, upon the death of my said husband, I give and

<br />bequeath to Edna G.Holmes, in the event she survives my said husband, and if not, then to her
<br />two children, Paul Holmes and Christine Holmes, or the survivor of them, in the event they or
<br />i
<br />either of them survive my said husband, six shares of the capital stock of said State Bank of
<br />Clarks, and, upon the death of my said husband, I give and bequeath to my beloved sister,
<br />Genevieve R.Tobey, in the event she survives my said husband, five shares of the capital stock
<br />of said State Bank of Clarks.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, including lapsed legacie
<br />to my beloved husband, Edgar S.Leavenworth, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />SIXTH'.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband, Edgar S.Leavenworth, as Executor of this will,
<br />and request that he be not required to give surety on his official bond as such.
