Crawford, his widow. <br />George E.Crawford, a son. <br />Annie M.Crawford, a daughter. <br />That he died seized in fee of the following described real estate, to -wit <br />The North -West Quarter (NW ) of Section No. 141 Town;11, Range 12,Hall County, Nebraska; The <br />South Half of the North -East Quarter (SNE), and all of the North -East Quarter of the North <br />East Quarter (NE* NEB;) lying South of the Wood River, except the part conveyed to Neil and <br />Augusta Devore by Deed recorded in Book 47 of Deeds in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on Page 110; and the East -Half of the South -East Quarter of the North -West <br />Quarter (E-fSE�NWJ), all in Section 15, Town 10, Range 11, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to th6 <br />Union Pacific Railway Right -of -Way of 400 feet, said_lands_ containing 93 acres more or less., (, <br />(: Also Blocks No. 114 and 115 of the North Nebraska Conference Seminlary Subdivision of Section, <br />Town 13, Range 6, Merrick County, Nebraska, containing 10 acres. <br />That none of these lands are subject to Homestead right of the widow or heirs, that said Georg <br />E.Crawford, deceased, and his wife, Helen C.Crawford, resided and made their home on lands <br />owned by the said wife; that said above described premises passed and descended, by operation <br />of law, to Helen C.Crawf ord, widow, George E.Crawford, son, and Annie M.Crawford, daughter, to <br />each one an undivided one -third interest therein in fee simple as tenants in common. <br />The Court further finds that there still remains in the hands of the Administratrix undisposedli <br />of the following described personal property: 900 (eight hundred) bu. Corn; a bal. on deposit+ <br />in the Farmers State Bank of Wood River, _Nebraska, of $4.44; and a promissory note of Gertrude, <br />Brennan in favor of George E.Crawford, deceased, upon which there is now due and payable a bale <br />j; <br />of $145.001 said items being subject to distribution to each heir, a one -third part. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever <br />barred and precluded from the filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of, <br />I <br />George E.Crawford, deceased; that the personal property above described and undisposed of be <br />distributed to Helen C.Crawford, widow; George E.Crawford, a son, and Annie M.Crawford,� <br />I! <br />daughter, in joint ownership, to each a one -third part. <br />I <br />That the above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of law, in fee simple <br />to the said Helen C.Crawfor d, widow, George E.Crawford, a son, and Annie M.Crawford, a daught <br />to each a one third part, and is so awarded to them in fee simple as tennants in common; tha <br />the final report and account of Annie M.Crawford, administratrix, of the estate of George E. <br />Crawford, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final accou <br />that she be discharged of her trust and her bond released, and that the estate be and hereby <br />is closed.
