Now on this 20th day of July, 1933, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report and
petition of Annie M.Crawford, Administratrix of the Estate of George E.Crawford, deceased, and
ford, his widow, George E.Crawford, a son, and Annie M.Crawford, a daughter, to each a one-
third interest as provided by statute, and that such distributive share has been paid to said
heirs, all of which is shown by receipts filed and exhibited.
The Court further finds ftom the proof on file herein, that due and legal notice as by law and'
the orders of this court required has been given to all creditors, and others having claims
against said estate, of the place and time when claims should be filed, and that said time has
expired, and that unfiled claims, if any exist, should be forever barred and excluded.
