<br />HENRY LUHN, DECEASED.
<br />'Now on this 14th day of January, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of
<br />'Otto P.Luhn and Henry C.Luhn, Administrators of the estate of Henry Luhn, deceased, and it
<br />;appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice as required by law has been given to a
<br />persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for hearing by publi
<br />tion and no objection or protest has been filed and on examination thereof, the Court finds t
<br />said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Fi
<br />Report of said administrators: that they have accounted for all the property of said deceased
<br />coming into their hands or under their control.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said de-
<br />ceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate, and that the
<br />time allowed for filing claims is fully expired; that all.claims filed and allowed against sai
<br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate, and.
<br />not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the Report of said Administrators be an
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for the Final Account.
<br />IT IS FURTH'D1 ORDERED, ADJUT)GFD AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the
<br />same is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that Henry Luhn departed this life testate on the 20th day of May, 19,
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />that he left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at -law the following named
<br />persons: Emma Caroline Kluge of Burr Oak, Kandas,and Bertha Faller, Henry C.Luhn, Augusta Miet
<br />Otto P.Luhn, Emil A.Luhn, Frederick W.Luhn, Richard A.Luhn, and Olga E.Thomas, and the childre

<br />of a deceased son, Edward R.Luhn, viz: Dorothy Luhn and Lucille Luhn, all of Hall County,Nebraoka.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry Luhn died seized in fee simple of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate, situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South one -half (Sf) of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (4), and the North One -half (N-ff)
<br />of Lot Five (5)) Block One (1), of the second Addition Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWi) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11), Range Twelve (12)
<br />North, West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />j The Court finds that under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, said real esta
<br />did.descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To Emma Caroline Kluge of Burr Oak, Kansas and Bertha Faller, Henry C.Luhn, Augusta Mieth,
<br />Otto P.Luhn,Emil A.Luhn, Frederick W.Luhn, Richard A.Luhn, Olga E.Thomas all of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, eech an undivided 1 /10th interest in and to said property and to Lucille Luhn and
<br />Dorothy Luhn, each an undivided 1 /20th interest therein in common all as provided by the ter
<br />and provisions of the last Will and Testament of said deceased, Henry Luhn.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described real
<br />estate to -wit:
<br />The South One -Half (SJ) of Lot Three (3), and all of Lot Four (4), and the North One -half (NJ)
<br />of Lot Five (5), Block One (1), of the Second Addition, Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW�) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11), Range Twelve (12),
<br />North, West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska.
