<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT 
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN 
<br />T, Henry Luhn of Cairo,in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory;; 
<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, 
<br />publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT. 
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral 
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath all f 
<br />my property, both real and personal, wherever it may be found, to my children and the children 
<br />of my deceased son, Edward R.Lphn, in the manner following: One tenth interest to go to'eaeh of 
<br />my children viz: Emma Caroline Kluge. Bertha Faller. Henry C.Luhn. Augusta Mieth. Otto P.Luhn. j

<br />;Emil A.Luhn. Frederick W.Luhn. Richard A.Luhn and Olga E.Thomas. The remaining one tenth to be!' 
<br />;given to the children of my deceased son, Edward R.Luhn, viz: Dorothy Luhn and Lucille Luhn, sh�re 
<br />and share alike. 
<br />During my lifetime, I have paid certain monies for my son Emil A.Luhn, represented by a note held 
<br />by me. This note shall be deducted from his share by the Executors. My sons Henry C.Luhn and 
<br />'Otto P. Luhn have also paid certain notes that they signed with the said Emil A.Luhn which notes 
<br />:`shall also be paid to them from his share of the estate, providing such share shall be large 
<br />;enough to cover and my executors are hereby given permission to make the payment as aforesaid, 
<br />`or so much thereof as his share may amount to. 
<br />`'Should any of my children precede me in death, then their share, just as though they were alivep

<br />'shall descend to their children, to be divided among these children equally.
