<br />'of Mary D.Martin, deceased. 
<br />1. Now on this 18" day of July, 1933, this cause came on to be heard by the court on the final 
<br />report and account of Joseph D.Martin, executor of said estate, and his petition for the allow - 
<br />, ance of said report and his discharge as such executor, and it appearing from the evidence and 
<br />;,proofs on file in this court that regular notice, has been given to all persons interested, of 
<br />the time and place of examining and allowing said final account, by publication for three suo- 
<br />',cessive weeks in a legal newspaper, published within said Hall County and no one appearing to 
<br />object to said final account and report, the court, on examination thereof, finds that the Sam( 
<br />'is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved. 
<br />2. The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal ndtice,as by law and the 
<br />order of this court required has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of 
<br />the time and place for filing same; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired; 
<br />that no claims have been filed against said estate and that "all persons having unfiled claims 
<br />against said estate, if any there be) are forever barred and precluded from making claim there 
<br />and all such unfiled claims and debts, if any, are barred and precluded; that all costs and 
<br />expenses of administration have been paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not 
<br />subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or to any federal estat( 
<br />tax. 
<br />3. The Court further finds from the evidence adduced that the deceased, Mary D.Martin) died 
<br />testate while a resident of said Hall County, Nebraska, on December 27, 1932; that she left 
<br />surviving as her sole and only heirs at law, next of kin, devisees and legatees, the following 
<br />named persons; Joseph D.Martin, her husband, and her children, Belle Martin McLaughlin, Joseph 
<br />D.Martin,Junior, Roderick J.Martin and Clarence E.Martin, and her granddaughter, Mary Martin 
<br />McLaughlin, a legatee under said will. 
<br />4. The court finds that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described real
