<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Mary D.Martin, of the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory, and consideriing the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, I then give and bequeath unto my son, Clarence E.Ma.rtin, one diamond ring and Five

<br />Hundred ($500.00) Dollars in money. j

<br />THIRD, I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph D.Martin,Jr., one diamond ring and Five Hundred
<br />($500.00) Dollars in money.
<br />FOURTH, I give and bequeath unto my son Roderick J.Martin, one diamond ring and Five Hundred
<br />($500.00) Dollars in money.
<br />FIFTH, I give and bequeath unto my grandchild, Mary Martin McLaughlin one ring and bar -pin.
<br />SIXTH, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Belle Martin McLaughlin one diamond pendant and
<br />Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars in money.
<br />SEVENTH, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Joseph D.Martin St., all the restl)
<br />residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of which I may die seized or

<br />possessed and wherever the same may be situated.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint, my husband, Joseph D.Martin Sr., to be Executor of this
<br />my last 'SILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former WILLS made by me. j
