<br />e Court further finds that the said estate is not subject to the payment of inheritance taxes
<br />e Court finds that there remains in the hands of the said Executor belonging to the said estate
<br />e sum of $201.£0 in cash, one 1925 Chevrolet coach, and household furniture of the estimated
<br />lue of $100.00, and that by the terms of the last will and testament of the said John Herman,l
<br />ceased, said personal property is to be distributed and paid to Clara A.Herman and Tena M.

<br />The Court further finds that the said John Herman died seized of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described, and that same should be assigned and distributed according to the terms of the said
<br />last will and testament as follows:
<br />To Clara A.Herman, all of Lot Four (4) in Block Three (3), in Hann's Second Addition to Grand
<br />Island,Hall County, Nebraska, located on part of Lots 10, 11, and 12, in County Subdivision of
<br />the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />To Clara A.Herman and Tena M.Walker, an undivided one -third interest in Lot Six (6) of County
<br />Subdivision of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township ll,North, Range
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and the entire interest in a tract of land in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />commencing at a point on the northerly line of Lot Two (2) of the County Subdivision of the
<br />south half of the southeast quarter of Section 16, in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the
<br />6th P.M., at a point where the same intersects the west line of Locust Street in the city of
<br />Grand Island, and running thence southwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 2 to the
<br />northwesterly corner of said Lot 2; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 22
<br />forty (40) feet; thence northeasterly, parallel with the northerly line of said Lot 2, to a
<br />point where the same intersects the west line of Locust Street; thence north along the west
<br />line of Locust Street to the place of beginning.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final account of the said Executor be, and the
<br />same is hereby, appr6ved; that upon payment of the amount for distribution to the parties en-
<br />titled thereto as aforesaid, the said Executor be and he is hereby discharged from his trust,
<br />and that the real and personal property belonging to said estate be assigned according to the
<br />terms of the said last will and testament as hereinbefore set forth.
