<br />I, John Herman, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,,

<br />do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and burial, be

<br />first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Clara A.Herman, Lot number Four (4),in Bloc
<br />number Three (3), in Hannts Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska. In giving t4��s
<br />property to my said daughter, I have in mind and recognize her long, devoted and faithful servijice
<br />to me, without compensation, during many years last past, and consider it just to her that she r
<br />should receive said property herein devised to her, in consideration for said services to me.
<br />THIRD
<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and property, real personal and mixed, and
<br />wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath, in equal shares, to my daughters, Clara A.
<br />and Tena M.Walker, both of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint Charles G.Ryan, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of this, my
<br />last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto signed my name on this 10th day of July, A.D. 1916.
